Neşe is a 40-year-old housewife with 2 children. Mustafa and Neşe met at the university, and within six months, their love flared up so much that Neşe agreed to leave the Faculty of Medicine and marry Mustafa. Her mother, Ruchan, strongly objected, but Neşe did not retract her decision because she was also pregnant. With the passing of 20 years, Neşe has become a good mother, bride, and wife. She takes care of everything selflessly and she does so much to make the lives of many people easier that she forgets the last time she did something for herself. Mustafa takes care of his family by doing business with his father. According to Mustafa, who has a traditional family structure, family order is very important, he looks at Neşe as his life partner and leaves all responsibilities to Neşe except earning money. What changes Neşe's life happens when Mustafa's younger brother Serdar introduces his girlfriend to a dinner where the whole family gathers. When Serdar attracts attention by telling his family that his girlfriend is a doctor, he returns to Neşe Medical Faculty. Mustafa is not happy with this decision and is surprised by what to do.
