PINAR DENIZ BIOGRAPHY
BORN: 10th November 1994
Pinar was born in Adana, but her family of Arabic origin were originally from Mardin. On her Identity card, her date of birth says 02/02/94. She has two older siblings and 2 younger siblings. When she was small Pinar could speak some Arabic but as she grew up she stopped and now doesn’t remember the language.
Her education was completed at Istanbul University where she studied in the Public Relations and Media Department. After graduating she decided that she would follow her childhood dream and go into acting, despite at one time wishing to become a psychologist to help children.
She took acting lessons and courses and her first acting part came in 2014 on the Star TV series Sil Bastan where she played the role of Evrim. Her next role was in the following year it was that of Azra in the TV series Beyaz Yalan, and in the same year, she was in the series Gunebakan which brought her to the attention of the producers for a new series that was in the pipeline at the time Vatanim Sensin.
Vatanim Sensin was a great historical Ottoman drama starring Halit Ergenc and Berguzar Korel. Pinar played the part of the older daughter in the family, a headstrong girl, who loved her family. In the same year as Vatanim Sensin ended Pinar took part in the sequel to the hit film Kardesim Benim. Kardesim Benim 2 starred Burak Ozcivit and Murat Boz. Currently, in 2018 she is in a new series Bir Deli Ruzgar where she plays the role of singer, Gokce Yucel.
Pinar has also starred in many commercials, although she says she never watches herself in any or her onscreen work. She says that her favourite city is Bruges and she would love to visit Africa. Rather randomly she took flamenco lesson and does have a keen interest in dancing. She was in a relationship with actor Kaan Turgut but they split in 2017 according to reports.
As is most usual with actresses Pinar is active on social media and has 384k followers, including Halit and Berguzar.
I enjoyed Pinar’s work in Vatanim Sensin she played the role of the rebellious daughter very well. Her new series has only just started but I’m sure she is such a talented lady she will do very well.
