HOMEMADE TURKISH GOZLEME RECIPE.

Ingredients:

160g of flour
80ml of water
1/2 tsp of salt

Half a pack of feta cheese
Parsley
White pepper
1 tbsp of butter

Method:

Combine flour, water and salt in a bowl and make a dough. Set aside for 15 minutes.

In a separate bowl crumb the feta cheese and cut the parsley. Combine together.

Divide the dough into 3 equal pieces. Roll each one into a very thin circle.
Place feta with parsley in the middle. Sprinkle some white pepper to taste. Do not add salt- cheese is already salty. Fold into a square.

Place Gozleme on a dry pan and fry on medium heat for 2 minutes on each side.
Brush the cooked side with melted butter.

You can eat Gozleme with multiple fillings such as meat, spinach, potato or aubergine.
